Press play! Does ADHD and chronic procrastination impact your career success? Through a blend of brief action-focused sessions and on-going support, I can help you move ahead.

ADHD and Procrastination Coaching is right for you if:

    • You are not consistently working toward your career goal
    • Your executive function fails and you get derailed
    • Your organizational systems reduce productivity
    • You need clear tasks and ongoing support

Are you overwhelmed and spinning your wheels? Finding the right job, building a solo business, or thriving in your job is tough. It’s even more challenging when you have ADHD. Or, a pattern of continually delaying job search activities.

I am a recovering procrastinator with enormous compassion and practical tips to help you move ahead. Without coaching support, I missed deadlines, made impulsive decisions, and became a serial procrastinator. You are not alone.

With support, I achieved career success. My passion is now to use productivity techniques paired with my training as a therapist to reduce barriers and deploy your unique strengths.

How ADHD Coaching Works –

You need to balance structure with flexibility and accountability with support.

Initially, we’ll identify one goal or project that will have the greatest impact on your job or business success. During an initial one-on-one planning session and ongoing communication throughout the first month we’ll:

  • Incorporate your strengths (and quirks) into your productivity planning by respecting what you have learned works for you.
  • Determine concrete tasks and move into action with short focused sessions.
  • Bolster your follow-through with email or text reminders between sessions.

I’ll also provide non-judgmental understanding when you need to revise or reschedule tasks and appointments.

No Shame, Humor.

ADHD Coaching in 3 Easy Steps:
  1.  Schedule a 20-minute complimentary call to understand how ADHD procrastination coaching will move you forward.
  2.  In a 60-minute planning session, we’ll identify your career goal, project, and the productivity tools that fit your style. ($125). If you’ve worked with a career specialist you may want to schedule a review and planning session with the person you worked with.
  3.  Sign up for individual coaching for a month that includes two 30-minute zoom or phone sessions per week plus friendly reminders (sliding scale, $75-$125). Or, join the Support Hub ($100/month).

Through ADHD / Procrastination Coaching you will:

Replace unproductive self-talk with positive acknowledgment for each step forward.

Get support that keeps you positive and moving ahead at the right time from the right person: your boss, your colleagues, or me.

Systematically break projects into tasks and use your calendar, phone, and apps to create systematic follow-through on your job search.

How the Support Hub works:

When: From 9 to 10:30 am PST beginning the second Tuesday of every month. And additional time that works for you.
