Brad brings over 20 years of experience in facilitation, training, and equity-centered curriculum design. His career has spanned organizations including the Oregon Food Bank, where he helped scale the Emergency Response and Justice Equity Transformation program nationally, RISE Partnership and Uplift Oregon, and the Oregon Health Authority’s Office of Equity and Inclusion. As co-owner of HIFT Consulting, Brad led applied improvisation workshops for organizations including Nike, Logitech, and Portland State University.
A published author on applied improvisation, Brad brings a creative, human-first approach to career coaching. As founder of Wonderspark Labs and through consulting engagements with PwC, Capgemini, and the Gates Foundation, he has guided leaders and teams through complex transitions. His past work includes managing an 800-participant global change initiative across five continents, leading a full program redesign at Portland Youthbuilders, and designing an ethics training program at UC Davis that was adopted across the entire UC system and by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
