As a business owner, chances are your life never gets boring. Even a thriving business will throw many unforeseen challenges your way and will require you to juggle multiple tasks.

Are Business Decisions -- Both Big and Small -- Overwhelming You?

As a decision coach, I can help you tackle and work through different types of business decisions in a systematic way:
  • If your business is still in an early stage, or if you want to re-think its direction, I can help you develop your vision and create a solid strategic plan to put it into action.
  • If your business is growing, you may face new leadership and organizational challenges. I can help you adapt and develop your business model, or we can work on your leadership or management skills.
  • If you juggle too many tasks, I can help you figure out your priorities and manage your time – or that of your team – more effectively.

How We Work Together

I'm aware of the busy and irregular schedule of many business owners and am happy to find solutions that work within your time constraints. We can either meet for intense full-day or half-day sessions, or we can schedule shorter meetings or phone calls on a regular basis over a longer period of time. Depending on your needs and the focus of our work, you may want to include other core members of your team in the process.

Whether we focus on your short-term or long-term strategies, I will always help you translate your big-picture vision into specific plans. You can start tackling those plans right away, between sessions, through action items we will develop together.
